About Connie
Professional experience
I have master’s in public administration with a focus on nonprofit management and a certificate in editing from the University of Washington. I work with people who are subject-matter experts first and writers second. I was co-founder of Tandem Editing, an editing partnership that supported researchers and nonprofit organizations doing good work in the fields of public health, global health, public policy, and education research. I have worked as a teacher, a researcher, and as an in-house editor at policy journals and a nationally distributed outdoor magazine.
